I have been adding to the Best Stickies.
*IF* you have some really GOOD thread (pictures are a BIG plus) then let me know, so I can review and add.
http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1383327#1383327
BTW: I would like to know (breifly) why it is so good, because I might not. I am NOT a Master of the Obvious!
Cheers,

There are approaching 100 links to mostly threads which are here on the Vanagon / Eurovan.
I think if you have not looked at the list and read some, you are missing out on some great tech info for your van.
LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY GREAT THREADS YOU REMEMBER.

That one was popped in shortly after it was posted! So it is there already!
Please, at least, skim the list. Many have a small comment after them to give you an idea of what the thread is about. _________________ "Use the SEARCH, Luke" But first visit the Vanagon FAQ!

How about a "shopping list" and basic instructions for replacing fuel lines?
Thanks for the work!
Cheers,

There have been plenty of posts discussing the importance of replacing fuel lines, but I don't recall one that describes the procedure, including a shopping list.
I recall a post that mentioned vanagain.com having a complete kit, but I was unable to locate the correct page on Ken's website.
Any help from others? _________________ '87 Westy Weekender - daily driver on salt-free roads

OK, OK the long over due update is done!
There are about 3 BAD LINKs I can not, yet, resolve from the "Great Server Crash of 2007." Help is appreciated in forming new URLs to resolve those bad boys.
Bruders es ist eine lange Liste!
Enjoy,
Walt....
PS: Nominations for additions to the Best Threads sticky are again requested and, as always, welcomed.
Note to Mighty Art, please remove the thread starter post, everything is now integrated. TIA.... _________________ "Use the SEARCH, Luke" But first visit the Vanagon FAQ!

Was the "Adding an aux battery" link added? There were some good diagrams done to aid in this project. _________________ Current VW drives: 1984 Westfalia

Chris,
Thanks, it is a dirty nasty job, but someone has to do it.
In reality, I really do not do this not just for the greater good. It keeps all the threads I love, enjoy and actually use for reference in a handy publ;ic place.
I assume (I know) that others find them as helpful.

Anyway, I had a similar post to this, but it got got in the board burp.
