That's great man! 30K miles. From what I've read, that's significant. Especially on a new swap design.

Are you referring to the union between the long coolant pipes and hoses to/from engine? If so, would some kind of bracket help? i.e. to keep the hoses steady.

Just a thought. I did a premptive strike on my swap by putting a bracket on lower hose. My thought was that having it possibly flop around might cause the O ring on plastic inlet to leak or worse.

Edit: the bracket does work. However. On my last camping trip, I managed to hit a BIG dip in the road at ~ 50 mph. I noticed the bracket had shifted. The hose was close to the drive shaft. Obviously a better bracket with another fastener is needed.
