Anybody know what year these started? These are the hairpin looking things under the bed. Are they for 14" or 15" wheels?

Need the p/n for the bracket that fits under the wing nut also?

They started on 63 models. I'm looking for the whole setup for my 63 SC. I've been looking for a while.
