Who makes the best brake pads? The pads that were loaded in my calipers when I bought them SUCK. They weren't bad at first, but they have recently become terribly NOISY. Nasty brake dust noise. Anyone have recommendations?

Looking for the dual-pin type.

Not used on my VW (yet) but on my other vehicles I use Bendix Import Quiet.

I bought a set of EBC Greenstuff pads from Summit but haven't installed them yet. Not really much point since the car doesn't move...

I have had good luck with them on other cars though.

Do you know the EBC part number?
What type of calipers do you have (there are 3 kinds as far as I know)?

Calipers are the two pin Varga/TRW that most brake kits come with.

Unfortunately, I have the one pin version. Do you know if there are EBC brake pads for that type?
