you can try to reach your hand around the back of the distributor with an offset boxend wrench

ir us and extension and attack it from above with a socket wrench

extension from above with a "universal" wiggler like above post says...

Or if you use an extention and take the nut off the distibutor drive clamp and pull the whole disributor/clamp as a unit (you won't mess up the timing this way) with it out of the way you can get to it with a regular box wrench...
