Disk Brake covers?

Is it necessary to use disk brake covers for disk brakes? The ones I have do not fit. I think they are for a non super brake setup.

I don't run them. In fact, I don't think any SB disk kit uses them. I know Topline, the kit I run, doesn't include them. Topline know's their stuff, so go ahead and run without them.
