Just received an interesting email. A buyer replied to an ad for 2 (a pair) of spark plug tube clamps. The picture was of 2 clamps and in the description it says "this is all I have"
The email states "do you have both"
My reply "yes"
He received them and said that I misled him and he thought he was paying for "a pair meaning all 4"
I don't believe I'm in the wrong here, but he threatened negative feedback.
Just stating my case.

Bought very fragile original hinge covers (with original material), tack strips, an original boot, and a side view mirror for my '63 Ghia from John. Package arrived today - very well wrapped and everything was exactly was described. Prices were more than fair - I wish he had more that I needed so I could buy from him again.

All I needed was a phone call made from half a planet away and John who I consider a good friend gave me a good price for one of my favorite part which he had.
Shipment was done very quickly and it arrived safely this morning. Thank you John. I am not through with you yet. So watch out for more of the same and isn't it nice to know that the parts will be treated like part of a happy family.
