I was emailed these picts (by the friend of the owner) but I didn't have any information about it. So I thought I'd ask the experts here. The car is located in Japan, and the only info I have of it is that it's a front engined, front driven 356 motor, maybe a '51-52 (engine or body year, I'm not sure).

Anybody can put badges on a car. Nothing else looks German on that car.(except the motor..of course) The gauges look like '50s Japanese........which makes sense if the car was made in Japan. The headlight buckets look like Datsun units. It is a very strange looking, rather crude car.................not German-like at all, not even close to anything Porsche would have done at the time. Confused

That car is called "Auto Justicialista" and was produced in Argentina between 1952 and 1955. They used 1952 Porsche engines and tranmissions. Not many units were made and certainly there are only a few in existance today.

My father owns a couple of them, so if you need more information the best way would be to contact him directly.

I certainly have no idea how that car ended in Japan. I didnt think those cars had any value outside the country. But it looks like they actually do!

Somebody replaced the original Justicialista badges with some common Porsche ones. Definitely not original to the car.

Thanks for the info. I personally kind of like it, kind of ugly in a good way to me. Would be cool pulling up in a Porsche show in one of these and see people's expression when you pop open the hood Smile
