I have search this site, KDF websites, E-bay but can't find any information about these cards (in with periode they were used, how many different version does there excists, what the purpose was of these cards)
Hopenfully somebody can tell me more about these KDF postcards.

These postcards were sent to KdF-Wagen savers that had already returned the third saving card. On the postcard they got the order number of their car. There are serveral different designs, because each administrative area (Gau) created their own layout. I know 8 different versions, but there are probably more. _________________ VW Automobilia Archives & Forum

Hi Frank,
Do you have the different styles on your website. I couldn't find these, only the saving cards.

The first one should fold in the middle. It's more like a booklet. I have a reproduction of one, #627 _________________ Yeah I like Herbie AND New Beetles. Got a problem with it? Tough.

I have a completed #5 card, with insurance stamps, for car #1585 (cabriolet). Anybody have the "post card" for that car? _________________ "What a fool believes he sees, no wise man has the power to reason away." Dobee, Dobee, Do |

But that is for a Repro!!
I mean the real things.
These are more rare than the saving cards, but are they worth more than the saving cards?
