My bus is cut.
If you need measurements, they are online.
A BN4 duct is cut from the "floor" where the gastank sits, a hair wider than the width of the duct, about a quarter inch from the edge of the wheelwell and its height is in the online installation manual which is on the Vintagebus website.

The hole size depends on the year heater you're putting in.

True.
So, what year heater is being installed?

If it is a 12 volt BN4 going in a 66 bus then the information I gave earlier should be sufficient.

I may be on crack but that pic appears to show the control cable emerging down low and to the right of the duct? If so, it will not work on a later BN4 which needs its bowden cable to emerge high and to the upper left of the duct.

All the literature I have has it entereing low, do you have a something that says otherwise?

The 6 Volt and 12volt models are set up identically as far as switches and connections are concerned. There is a holder for the cable mounted at the regulating switch on all models, even bay windoww heaters.

Those pics sshow, as far as I can tell from the mounting holes a later style heater ( Non-mesh fan cover)
