Since this car is pretty unknown in most parts of the world, I hereby want to present my brasilian VW 1600 Variant.

Thats how i bought it:
not very original. smaller tires, smoked windows. sports-steering-wheel

Rear-View:
Note the small taillights and it has only one pair of rear-sidewindows

Another rear-view:

Bottom:
Yes its true! This is Type 1!!!

More Chrome:
Just added a little Chrome. Still not finished with the car.

Nice. Would love to find one around me.

What year is that? How about an engine bay shot?

Thanks!

Hey, I see you called it a Type I. I've always seen these referred to as Type 3. Doesn't matter to me, I still want one!

Hi!

It is from 1970.

This foto was taken before reformation. Right now I don't have a more acurate one.

Awesome.

Definitely has the T3 engine layout.

People around here would be running off the road staring at it if they saw one of those driving around.

I placed it under "other VW vehicles" because it actually is no Type 3. It has a Type 1 Chassi.... Very difficult Wink
