Had an nice Allagash White Belgian Wit Draft last Saturday night
Good typical cloudy style..
IMO better than the popular Blue Moon.. No fruit on the glass
Last night... Picked up a 6 pack of the VooDoo.. ... yeah man... good stuff. . good recommendation

And, though I am generally not a fan of their beer offerings, this one from New Belgium is very nice.

From the depths of the root cellar comes a 2014 vintage stout. Yummy!

^ That's a good go-to for me.. Especially .. at my local Mexican joint.
The Especial is good too.. albeit lighter.

Agreed. Nothing goes better with a big plate of enchiladas than a cold Negra Modelo. _________________ nothing |

Picked up a closeout of 6 Devils Backbone Vienna Style Lager..
Extremely smooth.... too smooth almost..
Reminds of the smooth drinking of Guinness.. but in Yellow Lager form.

Does the tropical Torpedo have fruit in it? _________________ nothing |

Yeah by the ingredients .. but to be honest.. I didn't taste more than a slight tinge of something.. Still has the perfect IPA bitter finish.. Just taste like a lighter version of the Extra to me..
"Inspired by the island life, we created an IPA completely disconnected from the mainland. We used our one-of-a-kind Hop Torpedo to deliver an intense rush of hop flavor and the lush aromas of mango, papaya, and passion fruit with every sip. Enjoy our tropical twist on the American IPA."
(The regular Torpedo Extra has "citrus" description as well)
Give it a go.. not bad at all.
I've never found it.. or frankly even knew of it.. .... one of my co workers had a 40th birthday and he lives near the Sierra Nevada Brewery (NC) ....claims with all the beer gifts.. he probably doesn't have to buy beer for 6 months..
sooooo. worked out for me..

Hand's down two of my top favorites! The Compass Nitro IPA, I think compliments the aroma better than Co2. _________________ PNW Dub Folk & Kitsap dub Folk (KdF)
