my reynolds


bought for 10 bucks at a flea market. have found no other info on the net for this type even though reynolds is still making road bike frames this day.

has a 3 piece crank

full campagnolo record. columbus tubing. pantographed brake levers, chain ring, stem, gold embossed pedal straps. pretty much original other than a few components i changed (i kept the original parts though, duh).

mystery bike:
probably early 60's based on a few components and features that were dropped in later production. hand filed lugs. campagnolo drop-outs. random smattering of campagnolo components from various years. slowly being restored to 60's specs.

well as soon as i find JUST THEEE right bike for me i will be getting myself one.

i started out on a bicycle. then i started chopperizing them. then i went to chopperizing motorcycles, and then vws.

if i can find a bsa beach cruiser style bicycle then my world will be alot better.

Mr. Negativity , Very nice old school Merckx! Friction shifting! I remember those days! Campagnolo was the un-disputed leader of the sport. My favorite group is c-record to this day. There will never be another made to those standards. It all went down hill from there Sad
