66 decklid porblems

ok here is the deal i was told that this guy has a 66 decklid for sale and he has a "euro" 66 deck lid for sale.

the only difference i was told was the script. but they look different in shape too can yall help me out please

that decklid will not fit a 66 it is flat at the bottom where the 66 is round

That euro lid is probably correct for a 68 up. Europeans got the 1300 for quite a few years after we did because they are taxed by engine size in their cars.
