battery stickers

the original battery i have does not have a sticker
everything is molded into the battery casing

did earlier ones have the molded casing and later have stickers?

All those that I have ever seen were molded right into the battery like this, but today all we could hope for is a cool sticker.

I'd say if you are thinking about one you should get one quick before the inevidable VWoA Police get involved and he can't sell them any more.

that battery would not have come with a new car. Those would have been sold as replacements by dealers in the US.

This is true. I think Wolfsburg Warehouse sells a circular Bosch decal. I've always liked the old VWoA battery though.
