What.The.Fcuk!
This actually took some thinking and attention to detail to achieve.
Not in a good way, but there was a plan, and it was executed.
Strange!

I always wondered why some people got the nomenclature messed up. Now it's finally correct. That thing ^^^^ makes me laugh but it is clever.

If that conversion was done to a full length bus it would have been a lot cooler. _________________ Vw collection 60 combi ,61 panel ,62 deluxe micro,82 diesel Westfalia,88 Vanagon synchro,98 Jetta tdi,11 Jetta tdi mt ,11 Jetta tdi dsg.

The only beetle parts on the rear of that is the quarter glass. Those parts just do not go with the bus to well .If they just used few more parts to make the rear glass mach up a bit more,I think it would have been better, In my honest opinion. _________________ Vw collection 60 combi ,61 panel ,62 deluxe micro,82 diesel Westfalia,88 Vanagon synchro,98 Jetta tdi,11 Jetta tdi mt ,11 Jetta tdi dsg.

Just a plastic model, but pulling all the lines down towards the tail makes it work for me. The low rear window on the real one just doesn't seem right.
I also don't think the two model kits this was built from were the same scale. It would take a lot of metal work to pull this off for real. |
