Lying to people and still taking in thier money all the while knowing your shits going down the drain doesn't necessarily say coward to me as much as it says "I have an enormous lack of character and self respect". And sadly I have read this thread from post 1. And as I said if he is pming people unprovoked and gloating or talking shit, whether it's from a new ID or not that's that lack of character I spoke of and shouldn't necessarily be a surprise to anyone.
The main point is that people need to quit getting mad and get even, and that doesn't mean whoop his ass...hag  There is a system there for this kind of thing, just use it.

Just had my "new" Serrano's engine that I bought a year ago torn down and went through.The guy doing the work said that it was a good engine,it had everything I paid for.As for me I'm happy with my purchase from him.I do feel for the people that got ripped off.

Not that he needs any more dirt thrown on the pile...
I bought a 'Scat gland nut' from Serrano years ago. Well, I finally took it out to use. To my surprise a 36mm socket fits it, not the larger socket a Scat should take. Now I know why half the stuff he shipped me wasn't in the package...
How long did he think he could do this stuff?

The engine sat in my barn for a year,while the car is being finished.After reading this thread and now the car is near completion,I decided to have it gone through before I stuck it in the car.But to be clear the engine had never been ran until the guy doing the work broke it in for me this week.

That's his personal bankruptcy.
What about his business?
Why are his debtors listed on his personal bankruptcy?
They appear to be related to his business.
Parts and theSamba.
Perhaps he has another situation with his business, bankruptcy, or whatever his lawyer set up, and has moved his meager debtors over from his business since he knows that any monies owed his business will have to be disbursed to his business creditors.
Fishy sounding to me.

I am betting that his mortgage company forced the personal bankruptcy. Welcome to the ARM option...
Again, if no one sues you, there is no need for the company to file bankruptcy. It's not in business anymore I am betting anyhow.
