For reference, TheSamba.com should not be listed on that document as no funds were owed. |
Don't tell me that douchebag still owes money to thesamba.com for advertising?
That totally sucks since he used this site to peddle his invisible engines. _________________ 20‰

Actually, the schedule indicates TheSamba.com owes HIM $600. |

Yeah, right.
Let me guess...God owes him a second chance too.
Besides, if true, wouldn't samba owe HIS CREDITORS the money? _________________ 20‰

The odd part is he used an exemption to protect that $600. He must expect to collect on it. |

Why isn't that a filed document with the court. No one is getting anywhere without the case number. |

That petition is incomplete. Schedule F is to see if he even lists you as owing you money. Seeing that THesamba.com is in schedule C is fishy as it isn't his real or personal property to be claimed as exempt. I don't see the official stamp of being filed with the court as that will establish your statute of limitations if you aren't listed, or get you included in the bankruptcy. Sorry for the lawyer jargon but you could pay one to know this instead.
What is shown is lacking the signs of an official, filed document.
Verifying this case number 8:08-bk-11807 aka 8-08-11807 with the court over the phone may be possible.

I have over 70 pages of legal documents; I didn't upload even half of them. The case has been filed, processed and cleared through the court system.
If you want to verify it over the phone, be my guest... _________________ póg mo thóin

nothing like free speech.
I think this case is attrocius. I read it all, it took three hours.....
Congrats on the wonderful crew of SoCal cats who got the box and motor together for the dude in the UK, that is some fine coming together to make things right just there.....
Stories like the engine/trans make me smile at a tale of woe that is a low point for many. They need to be applauded for such a magnificent effort....
Cheers, brent. |

I guess I didn't mention it in this thread. The case was dismissed by the judge. No actions or protections remain under this BK. He owes just like before he filed. |

So he owes everything that I say in the filing papers that were posted? How could that be? Does that mean everybody can now go after him? |

Just because a person or business files for bankruptcy does not mean the court will approve it. Long story short, it was denied, so all outstanding debt claims remain in force. _________________ West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943) |

better get in line; if the bankruptcy was dismissed, that means he no longer has protection from his creditors: start filing claims against him in the courts, civil suits, whatever you can come up with -- drag his ass through the mud... _________________ póg mo thóin

What's the matter, get tired of agitating in the TDC feedback thread? Should we expect 4 or 5 vaguely inflammatory posts a day in this thread for awhile?

When this happened two years ago I called my credit card issuer immediately and they issued me a full refund after they investigated it. seems like people here should have done the same....anyhow, if you were defrauded you should contact the police, I am not sure thats the case here, but I am not going to read through 60 pages of posts to find out lol. Fraud is a felony after all. |
