If you have a Small Claims judgment the County Marshalls here will seize/tow/sell his cars etc or attach his salary to get your Money.

You probably will need an online friend/private investigator/lawyer etc. in the proper County to file the paperwork? Go to the County Website and Yellow Pages telephone directory for info.

i have two uncles who live 5 mins away from this shit bird in Redondo. Do you know if its legal for someone to represent a third person who is not a CA resident? the BAR and BBB cant really do much other than send letters.

Good mechanic or not you can rip people off and expect to get away with it, and in my case he was a very good liar and a thief as well.
the VW Scene will be far better without him.

I dont want to get him involved, im giving his wife one more chance to redeem andys evil ways. She has made promises as well but guess what.... yep nothing materialised over a month since i was promised my money back from her.
Next stop will be the law, and i dont care what it costs me.

This thieving scumbag is working as the general manager at Scotty's Scooters in redondo beach. He still owes me $4500 as i was able to send my builder round to get some of the bits and some of the bits that were left at the builders originally.
So GMR is officially wound up and he wont be scamming anyone else under that name. His wife has divorced him because of his shady dealings and all of the businesses liability were switched to his name on the divorce papers. I do feel sorry for her in a way as he lied and and scammed her about his business dealings as well and apparently shes owed alot of maintenence.
the owner of Scotty Scooters is Scott Stotelmyer, im not even sure if hes aware of his managers criminal past.
If anyone is in the vacinity please drop in and tell him johnny was asking how hes doing  I guess im resigned to not getting my money back but if i can get this scumbag some jail time and a record ill be happy enough.
