Looking to get a new set of retainers for my Std size berg dual springs. I've seen the aluminum, titanium, and chromoly ones. Aluminum seem to soft to me, titanium are pricey and overkill. I have a brand new set of stock retainers already, and was wondering if they'd be strong enough? Or should I drop the extra $$ for some chromoly.

Dropping the extra coin for the chromoly ones is small to dropping the valves.

Get the correct stuff to make it last.

Everyone is gifted. Some just do not open the package.

Looks like it was painted with a live chicken, polished with a brick and buffed with a pine cone

Stock retainers will not work on dual springs. You need retainers made for duals. Bugpack makes a nice set #4048
