Yet another satisfied customer here.
Got the hinge pin tool today and as everyone else
it removed my two top hinge pins in minutes.
This tool has earned its place on the top shelf of my
VW specialty tool cabinet right between the factory drum puller
and 5 lug wheel balance adapter, and that is saying something! _________________ Samba Member #95 |

Got my hinge pin tool this week.
I am in the UK and was nervous about spending quite a large sum of money with Joey.
No need to worry though. The tool arrived extremely quickly and worked perfectly.
I can def recommend this tool.

I bought one of these over a year ago - awesome tool - and a helluva nice seller too.
Now if we could just get him to make/sell a drum puller.... |

Just a great tool. Any one who thinks that they can use Just any puller or some universal hinge pin tool is kidding themselves. This tool is top notch and worth it's weight in Gold.
I would not hesitate to buy another tool from this top notch seller and maker of fine tools.

I have been fighting a hinge pin for a month, took the door off, soaked in penetrate, tried heating it & cooling it and even tried making my own tool. I ordered this tool, It was smaller than I thought. Thought to my self this will never work. 15 minutes later the pin was out. This tool rocks! Do not hesitate to buy it. Thanks Joey! _________________ Bill |

I purchased this tool from Joey this week, said I would have it on Saturday (today) and I did.
It was apparent from the first look of the tool the quality and thought he puts into his workmanship.
I purchased this tool to do 1 vehicle. I can honestly say this tool, has made a seemingly impossible job turn into an almost effortless job.
The quality of the tool is amazing the man takes great pride in what he does and it shows in his workmanship. Not many people can appreciate the time and effort one takes to make a quality tool. I am not one of them.
This is a beautifully designed and functioning tool, worth every dime you will spend on it. |

This thing is the Chuck Norris of my toolkit.
I got mine this morning, it arrived in Scotland 5 days after Joey posted it and it really is a hefty item that'll pop out any pin you can put it up against.
I had a little headscratching with mine at first since my driver door hinges had a hollow C profile pin which were about 25% longer than the original VW part. I had to use a combo of 2 small pivot pins together to get it out, It handled it no problems. |

I bought one of these last summer, Joey's an excellent guy to deal with. I finally got round to using it today and it was brilliant - a first class bit of kit, very well thought out and extremely well made.

I tried to access the link that was provided earlier in the thread, but the ad has been deleted. I have emailed the gentleman who manufactures these to see if he will be offering any more for sale. |

Actually I just started making shipments from the new batch this past week and I haven't updated the ad yet so that the people who have been waiting for one got theirs first. Anyone who wants one shoot me an email or PM. I will update the ad soon.
Thanks,
