He did exactly what it said to do on ebay. He gave a 5k deposit and the rest would paid in full within 7 days of him ending the auction.
so he takes the deposit and then sells it to somebody else, the same day even before ending the auction.
how did he not keep his word?

Like Franz said, had I been paid in full when I was supposed to be paid in full, Mike in Florida would not have got the truck..So I'm the asshole for backing out after not getting my money, getting offered more by someone else, and having it the next day?? Hmmm, I disagree.. I gave the first guy $500 for not paying me when he said he would, and me backing out.. I'll tell you guys what, any of you who want to let me down and back out of a deal on me and give me $500, let me know.. I'm ready when you are.. |

Correct it's not a barndoor! Who is claiming it is? Its is one of a kind though. I don't think any other triplecabs will be at the show when you get there. Can you say that about a barndoor? P.S. there are alot of abortions out there and many are barndoors!

And you obviously didn't see the ad.. No where does it say anything about 5k.. Stick to what you know!! He offered the $1000 deposit paypal, just like the ad said. I told him he sounds serious, so just send me all the money at once.. He said it would happen Friday. Well guess what didn't happen Friday.. Now here we are.. If you guys need me, I'll be out searching for my integrity...  |

Actualy I did. On the ebay ad you asked for 1k and the rest within 7 days of the end of auction.
he gave you 5k and was just waiting for you to end the auction before he sent you the rest.
deposit already had been taken, sold to somebody else and the auction was still open.
im done, have fun with your abortion

| The funny part is everyone bitching about the seller and second buyer are obviously choosing to ignore the fact that the original buyer didn't hold up to his end of the deal. He agreed to have it paid in full within a certain amount of time and didn't. Seems like the first one to drop the ball was the original buyer, not the seller or final buyer. Someone agrees to pay me in full in a certain amount of time and doesn't hold up to it, isn't getting any special treatment in my book. Anyways, congrats on the sale Kevin, too bad there will always be haters and people that bitch about shit that's none of their business. |

I have struck yet a third deal with the new owner in florida! I have offered the new asking price of $23k with a $24k deposit. NOW I am also in the market for some $18k NOS americans! I think this bus was not only the buzz at octo this year, I think it is a really cool bus! I agree the auction should of ran out, that is why ebay is in place! once the auction is pulled, and the meat is slid out the back door, leave it to the dogs to fight over it. there is no right or wrong when it two people are after the same purchase! the original asking price was 20k, the selling price was 20k. done....
