I have made three purchases from Lou. on two of them he refunded excess shipping cost. His items are as described. his packing is something else. If dillards could hire him to teach packaging their profits would undoubtly rise due to decrease in breakage, even my postmaster comment on his packageing. thx lou ... rex

Even though the Item I bought from Lou was only $7.00 including shipping he sent out very fast and treated me like I was purchasing an Item worth far more. I would recommend him very much.

I made a mistake on another part which I do not need and he was willing to cancel the purchase and relist the ad.

Purchased a Side marker Lens from Lou.
Communication was great
USPS was slow do to the holidays. I emailed Lou and Lou tracked it and told me its current location. Lou, also followed up and let me know that USPS had delivered it. Went to the mail box and there it was. All this for a $3.00 item.
Part description good
The part was just as Lou advertised.

It's been the worse that I have experienced and I'd like to apologize for having everyone wait so long to get their items. Still have a few stragglers out there that were mailed two weeks ago and haven't been delivered. Please keep in mind that not all packages get free tracking from USPS!
