I'm rebuilding the shocks for my Type 60. Does anyone know the correct grade and volume for the oil. Or is it a case of "suck it and see" with some mid weight motorcycle fork oil?

If it helps, the restorers of lever arm shock absorbers use hydraulic Jack oil.
