I would think twice about the trade...It's up to you. Brakes are easy to do yourself. You will kick yourself in the ass, later on down the road for sure...I bet 2 weeks and the 63 will be up for sale..I have been in the same situation before, and it is better to be patient from experience to wait and do it when the funds are available.

Everything is always for sale.

I had an all og 63 karmann ghia...6VOLT, and i would pump the gas twice, and it would fire right up and purr like a kitten. Nothing wrong with 6 volt...All connections have to be good though. I hear you on the everythings for sale..I would sell my 23 for the right price.

You can say what you want but the all the wiring was totally fucked!!!! bare wires and all. Heater channels rusted only at the ends. BULLSHIT !!!!

Anyway I already sold that car so this entire BAD DREAM is over and I can finally WAKE UP.

So like the famous Womack says LICK MY BALLS

P.S. That seat looks pretty custom to me.

So you say its 6 volt and that was the starting problem well shit thats what VW did wrong for all those years I wonder why they never figured that out themselves. The battery was a dead piece of shit!!!!!

Please someone kill this thread PLEASE
