I wish I could take that one off your hands - I've always wanted it ever since seeing your first pics of it...
Wish I had kept these:

early kombi I let go way too cheap

Super clean 64 Beetle that I let go because at the time I was solely into busses, and also didn't feel like tracking down a title for it. Hell for that matter, I wish I could have kept the yellow Falcon too...

Wish I had kept that super clean 68 crew cab (green one) it had NO rust...but at the time I had split fever, and traded it away...

miss the old hippie camper too, I had a lot of good adventures in that thing...
and finally, I definitely miss the 47 Chevy - but at the time I didn't have a garage, and needed money for the bus...

Why are there so little cool cars in here?
Almost all the VWs are cool, and that sweet old car that was sold to snoop dogg (I just hope he didn't "pimp it out" or anything).

I got 2 on my list, I had a 1966 Ford F100 Long box, with a factory 352, Orginal from the wing nut on the oil filter to the bolt on the oil pan. Automatic, Factory tool box (Simular to the VW tresure chests) Factory 2nd fuel tank, and the "deluxe cab" with the fancier interior. Needed a little body work, and some tranny work, it has less than 200,000 miles in 1996. Grandpa gave me that truck, so I would learn how to work on cars, I rebuilt the carb on that thing, did new exaust, brakes, and a few other little service things. Dad made me sell it because it wouldn't stay in park, he was afraid it would roll off and kill some one. Sold the entire truck in 1998 for $200. Shocked Shocked I kick myself daily. No pictures of this one.

the other one was my 1995 Dodge Neon ACR (4 door) Car was a total sleeper, It had the 2.0 SOHC, Heads were ported and polished, Exaust and intake ports matched to the intake and exaust manifold, 71mm thottle body with 5mm spacer, High flow exaust end to end, but looked stock at the tailpipe. custom made cold air intake, battery relocated to the trunk, remapped ECU, hotter coil packs, Under drive pullys, A/C compressure "on/off" switch, bottom end was stock, Tranny was (were) standard 5 speed ACR tranny(s) Coilovers, Stiffer swaybars, rolling on Stock steel wheels, sometimes sporting hubcaps to complete the sleeper picture. Use to street race it, untill I joined the army, then I started racing SCCA Autocross Solo II.

and the metals from the 2 times I placed Laughing

the Neon finally died, on it's 3rd tranny, the weak point on Neons are the berings on first and second gear stacks, witch racing autocross, was the gears I use the most. it finally died in front of the dealership I found my jeep at. I got smart though, I still have my jeep back in the states, my parents are taking care of it untill we get back to the states in 3 years. Rolling Eyes

I am driving a 1991 BMW 316i now, I love this car, but I don't think I will be able to bring it with us when we ship back to the states in 3 years, so I will have to say good bye to "das hooptie" then.
