that's not a stock vw color so the only real way to get the info you want would be to contact the owner of that bus...anything else would only be a guess...

looks like a tinted primer or just the based of a two stage paint system
to me it is to flat to be a finished paint

agreed...looks like tinted primer or maybe a suede finish paint
