White Post Restoration. I think they're in Virginia. Excellent.

Problem is what a shop will charge will be more than a new MC, if it is even rebuildable with no rust inside.
If that is still what you want to do, then do a WWW search for "Brake Sleeving Shop" or try "Hemmings Motor News" in the classifieds for such. They will bore out the MC and fit in a brass or stainless steel sleeve inside for a much more corrosion proof material for the seals to slide against.

The trick is getting the rebuild kit, with new rubber bits, once that is had the rebuild is very simple. if the bore is lightly corroded, a brake cylinder hone should be used to clean it up, if still pitted, it is trash u less you decide to get it sleeved, but the cost to sleeve exceeds the very low price of a new cylinder. Sleeving js usually done on cylinders that are rare and pricey, not so with the Bug ones yet.

30, 40 years ago Id rebuild my cylinders, master and wheel ones with readily available rebuild kits, but I have not seen them kits for a long time. kind of lkke trying to find wiper blade refills these days, you used to be able to buy blade refills at any parts store, now days about all you can find is complete arm assemblies, very wasteful.

Good luck, but I think k you may find it easier and cheaper to buy all new, unless you can find a rebuild kit and do it your self.
