I'm installing a rear facing jump seat behind the passenger side. Does anyone have any suggestions, details or measurements sitting around that might help me? I'm going to replace the cushions with those from a captains chair (mostly for the arm rests) to make the person sitting in the seat that much more comfortable (my mother). Going cross country next August and this is just one of the things on a very long to do list. |

I am actually researching the same project. Any information to share would be helpful.

All I have is the measurements for the mounting bracket and the floor posts from the van I bought the seat from. I also bought captains chairs That I'm going to put on the jump seat frame. I got the idea while surfing the web so I must give credit where credit is due (http://www.weidefamily.net/vanagon/) I hope BCW doesn't mind that I borrowed his Idea. If anyone has any other ideas on this that would be great.
