Cold air leak from outside...

I have taken apart the front end as well as the fuseblock area looking for a mysterious cold air leak coming straight into my left leg as I drive- the temps here demand I do something, and I am not looking forward to wearing a knee high Ugg boot on my left foot. Anyone else had this problem? As I write this, I think I may check to see if the windshield washer fluid reservoir is leaking air and it is circling around over the carpet. Desperation leads to innovation, I suppose. Old man winter is having his way with my shin. Bastid.

maybe the rubber boot thing on the center console? it's behind the center plastic piece. it's where the heater hoses come into the van.

sure it's not coming from the vents? maybe drivers side vent hose has detached?
