The expensive ones.
That's why most of us go with KYB Gas-adjusts.
And yes, "KYB" stands for "Kill Your Back". |

Put the White KYB on the rear and the silver GR-2 Kybs on the front.... it will help to level her out.... |

The guys at www.bugsandbuggies.com can tell you. the name of the place is Dons sport vehicles sales . 1-800-303-6211 . Bilsteins are expensive but I've seen them last for over 10 years. So, are they really expensive? |

Check with busdepot.com - Ron recommends KYB GR2's in the front and KYB Gas Adjusts in the rear - I just did exactly that on my '78 Westy and it's great. I think he has Bilsteins too if you really want to pay the price. You can't beat his price on the Gas Adjusts but I found GR2's locally and didn't have to pay shipping. |

I bought the stock boge shocks I'm back and the heavy duty bogeys up front. Perfect! Love em. _________________ "Spirit is the journey - body is the bus

I have Bilstein on the front and coil overs in the rear. This is the part number Bilstein B6 Performance 24-000321

It says they fit up to a 1968 bus but I have them on my 1978. _________________ 1978 2.0L FI Campmobile
