would a set of stock carbs from a '78 fit on a '74 westy. if so i might be able to replace the current faulty carb i have on my westy

I thought the '78 was fuel injected?

apologize, it is not 78 but 76 stock dual carbs that are in question.

USA buses used carbs on the type 4 only in 72 to 74 buses. 75 and up are FI.

Where are you??????

Dual Solex PDSIT 32 3-2 jetted for 2000cc is known in France.
