Wow, that site is crazy... I spent awhile checking it out, you blokes are NUTS Smile I like it... I'd say stick with the factory mount and servo/ mast cyl, it's done quite a bit here even on the earlier busses. I do understand the concern for finding a good used one(servo) or a reasonbly priced one.
The exchange rate is tough eh? Well, I can look around my area for a good use one and I'll check suppliers for new rebuilt ATE.
Glad you figured out the bias thing... That info/modification should come in handy for some late model bus owners over here. Catch you later... K

7x17" with 205/40/17 toyo tyres. i bought them in 38mm offset with 112mm pcd so they bolt straight on. Needed to fit longer studs all round but other than that, no problems.

Keith, When I ordered the ajustable beam from Bus Boys theY told me the beam is the same 71-79. I thought that the 71-72 servo is smaller there was a difference. They told me the bracket and the hole in it that holds the servo on the beam is the same.I do know I paid $180.oo U.S.plus core ex. for the 2yr. only Servo Reconditioned.Personal experence says buy the recon. part I found a NOS servo paid $200.oo it failed in 30 days. Somethin to do w/ rubber sittin around for 30yr.Could'nt they weld the braket to the non servo beam?...DavidK

Yeah the bracket can be welded to the beam, there is a difference in the booster but I don't think it is in the bolt up department.... I need to investigate... Yeah sometimes NOS parts that have rubber diaphrams are iffy, unless they were stored in a vacume......Smile yeah right.....! Ate used to sell rebuilt ones not sure who is doing it now..... been awhile since I needed one....
