Took all the engine tin off to have it powdercoated,are there any pieces I should'nt powdercoat? Like the cooling fan or will the coating make the fan spin cooler with less friction? Any ideas about the manifold to make it look good?

Ceramic coat the manifold. makes it look perty. Just the same as powder coating, but made for exhaust and the like. Plus you can get it polished if wanted.
