Auxiliary battery question

Does this picture look like I have the Go westy auxiliary battery set up already installed? Assuming so, I would just need to add a auxiliary battery and be on my way? I bought my van without the auxiliary battery installed so I am hoping for a little direction. Thanks

yep, that's a battery isolator. should be plug & play. no info from previous owner?

Find out where the power is going after you fill the wires wth smoke.
It is not good if the wires are cut and not connected so the smoke leaks out damaging everything it it touches.
