I have no idea what the weight was, but driving with a 4 foot dia. tub of water in the bed was interesting.
It was a local parade in my home town. Promoting vacation Bible school this summer.

I'm guessing 1500-1700 lbs depending on water depth.
Looks like fun! _________________ nothing |

Lots of furry monsters breaking our cherry trees so lots of clean up
The black bears climb the trees and do the damage
The grizzly bears just eat the fallen cherries off the ground
Air horns and the dogs try to keep them moving
Mr. Winchester my stainless steel 12 gauge friend keep them honest

Cleaning out the Folks garage & yard, filled the bed w/ short pieces of cut lumber, plus some 2"x 8" X 14' planks & some 6" x 6" 16' beams, it was a slow ride home to Vt.......

Supposed to have some icky weather come through central Illinois today through Monday - so I needed to make some extra room in the garage to fit the daily drivers in. Here's my solution for getting the extra floor space taken up by the project car....

Yes. Eventually. It needs a fair amount of rust repair first. _________________ >>Looking for any and all Vic Williams, Peoria Illinois dealership items.<< |

Ok, I give; how did you get it up there? Gates flipped up after, I bet, but before that? |

Here's how we got it up there: Me and my brother (pictured) pushing, with my wife steering. The wheels on the floor were to give her a little extra height to reach the steering wheel once the car was up on the bed. Managed to get it pretty straight and even with a little "pick up and adjust" needed to get it square enough for the gates to close.
It's engine-less. And I'd guesstimate in its current state its no more than 6-700 lbs at most. _________________ >>Looking for any and all Vic Williams, Peoria Illinois dealership items.<< |

That would be way over the 1 ton weight limit for a single cab, almost twice. _________________ Prosit!

Am I being obtuse when I ask, "What the heck is a bridgeport?" _________________
