If you don't want to fabricate one yourself (not that hard to do with a little ingenuity), your best bet is to buy a basket case for the tongue and bar assembly. |

I just bought one of these at a garage sale and can't wait to drag it behind my camper. The big question would be what to put on it. Would have to be something cool. |

Keep in mind that you don't want to exceed the max weight limit (375lb, stay well below that) or the max speed limit (stay 55mph or below). |

Isn't that about the max speed limit of a stock bus? |

If you want to go faster you'll have to spend a lot more for a trailer with modern hardware and design, not 1980's Frenchie bling. This thing falls apart at high speeds. Look for missing hardware, structural bolts coming out and your tag holder disappearing if you're going to abuse this in a way it was not designed to handle. |

|

Hello,
I'm curious to know what experiences others have had with the suggested speed limit of the Besco Trailer. I just bought one, and if it's not safe to go over 55 with it then it's likely it won't work for my needs. Any thoughts? Does it matter if it's being pulled by a car or a bike?
Thank you~
Peter. |

Mine had the bike carriers, and all of the frame for the canvas. It just needed new fenders. It sold for $125 just over a year ago. _________________ nothing |

Does anyone have detail pictures of the top frame and canvas? I just picked one of these trailers up, and I would like to try to fabricate those missing pieces. |

I saw them, I was hoping to be able to see how they come apart so I can try to build something close to the originals |

I sold the trailer, now I have an extra Jokon rear stop and plate and license lens assembly for sale. Perfect condition, $25 + S&H. ($8 in the US). Paypal ok. Send me an email at bd5 at bd5 dot com.
I also have the bicycle carrier assemblies, both of them, those are available for $45 + S&H. |

Condition is NOS. I've never used the racks, and the person I bought it from had the trailer it its original box when I bought it last year.

I wonder if an actual fully functional highway capable trailer has ever been in the checked luggage bay of an airplane before?
That is excellent. _________________ nothing |

So this happened again over the weekend. This time from McAllen, TX. This one is in better shape than the one from Tampa. Neither one have the carrier so I'm looking for a carrier in any condition so I can have one made.
