Congratulations to the person who owns the VW on page 109 of the Sports Illustrated Winter 2008 issue. I have seen pictures of it in the gallery here before but couldn't find it on the first 15 pages.

I had to look twice to see the vert in the photo! My eyes were drawn elsewhere!

On second examination I did see the car and it is very nice as well.

Looks good. Looks like we're onto a milder WYHI page as long as the photo includes a VW !!!

I was in Maui for my honeymoon back in 2000 and I stopped and looked at that same beetle, very nicely done. I have pics of it somewhere, gonna have to dig them up, also went to Big Al's vw shop. Kelly
