High pitched noise

As I drive my 69 sundial i hear a loud high pitched noise coming from the front of my bus. This happens usually when i am using the gas pedal but also sometimes when i use the breaks or clutch. What could this be I need to fix it asap since this bus just turned into my daily drive since i crashed my other car.

Could be many things. Wheel bearings are a freqeusnt souce of mysterious high pitched sounds. Is the sound reletive to speed? Does it only come on when you touch the brakes? Might be a brake shoe sraping or worm out. Do you have stock tires? Wider ones might be rubbing in certain driving situations.

It only happens when i used the pedals.

Spray some Lithium Grease on the pedal springs and let me know what happens.
