O.K. here I go again... motor running rough, I'm in the middle of putting the car back together so it doesn't go farther than garage to driveway.
Here's a quick run-down: 1600 dp, electronic ignition, 34 pict carb( elec. choke), no extras. no frills. starts right up, then I have to massage the throttle to keep it running til it warms up and i have to give it more on the pedal, then almost sounds like it wants to backfire ( I don't push it). No smoke or residue out the tailpipe, valves sound pretty good.
So, timing or carb? Any timing pointers will help, its been a while... THANKS!!!
