I wonder..........

when i looked at the superbeetle site that told me the year of production and the engine number a AE and chassis number 133. The wierd thing is the chassis of my super beetle is different. My chassis number is 134 that points to the engine number AK. Maybe the engine I have is not the original???

yeah i guess your right so maybe i better stick with what i have. It's not a big deal i just like to know what was there when it came as factory 100% pure.

AE or AK, they are both 1600's As for the 134, does your car have a sunroof?
