pulley with rubber mount on crank????

another problem with my bus is that the pulley with the rubber mount that attaches to the crank is broken free, what is this part called and where do i find it? 74 westy is the vehicle, with the 1800cc engine, thanks again

I'm not quite sure what part you are talking about. Do you mean the cooling fan?

That is the drive pulley for the air injection pump. #51 in this pic:

As far as I know, it is only available used. But I have not seen a good one in a while.
