I stick my registration in the owners manual packet if I have one in the bus. if I don't have one, then I roll it up and stick it in the dash grills.

I have a small black plastic pouch that has zippered sections.
It holds my insurance, registration, other papers. I also carry
a leatherman "crunch" tool in it and a mini-mag lite and a pair of
wadded up cotten gloves, just in case.

While I'm at it, let me add, I carry my '63 owners manual in a zip-loc
bag on the parcel tray. I have a spare 63-67 bentley and a copy of the
idiot manual ('71 edition) in a plastic box that just fits the two books
tucked behind the kick panel under the rear seat.

I noticed someone mentioned having a book next to a gun. That reminded
me of something. I own a Winchester lever action 30-30. One of my favorite guns. In recent years I haven't been carryin'.
But the other day I happened to notice that a 30-30 fits real nice under
the 2/3rd middle seat. Got me to thinking.......hmm. Cool

I have a State Farm plastic holder containing insurance and registration. I keep it in a nice canvas sleeve I got in Vancouver at the Great Canadian that has the VW logo on it. I think it's for newer cars. I have my owners manual in there too. On the parcel tray.

You mean you all have to actually carry your registration with you?
In Texas we just need to show our insurance card.
