I seriously doubt that thing can go any decent speed with such a big lift and with a Type I motor still in there... _________________ 1972 Deluxe named Lucidity

Here's TheSamba ad for that bad boy.

I guess that will give away his reserve price.
Don't think it's four-wheel drive (which is good in this case). _________________ 1970 Transporter. 2074cc, dual Weber IDF 40's

I still have to doubt he's getting 18mpg.. that'd be a feat of horsepower, torque and gearing to overcome rolling resistances of tires and the aerodynamic brick.
but thats just my $.02 opinion.. _________________

I'm sure HE gets 18 mpg, but if you (or anyone else) drove it, your mileage may vary. _________________ 1970 Transporter. 2074cc, dual Weber IDF 40's

He has in at 2500,, from what I see all ther other adds at. That's not to bad. He can show 3000$ in parts ???
My Questions would be, What they did to get it up that Hi..
I'm sure on the front, They just did some cut and welding
On the rear, If they used 930 Cv's and custom axles I would think they would list that first thing..
Some how I think the guy is honest of what he's selling |
