In our 78 Westy we have two holes, lined with plastic rings on the LEFT side wheel well. Just above where a second battery would go. Looking through them I can see the tire. Not good for driving on dusty roads.
Anybody know what the holes are for. I want to plug 'em up but don't know what they are for.

Did your Westy have a/c at one time? Could be for the hoses from the a/c compressor.

She did I believe. Nothing left in the engine compartment or in cab but there is a canister by the front right wheel. Hoses are all cut.
