How to increase HP for a 79?

Hi guys. I've been pondering about this for a while. I've got a 79 bus with a 78 engine in it. The engine is a fuel-injected 2200 cc 2.0L. It runs great but I was wondering if there was anyway I could squeeze out a little more horse power without any major modifications (somewhere down the road I plan on adding an oil cooler). Responses are welcome. Thanx.

Busses are heavy: you want to increase torque more than HP.
