Flooring and insulation

hey guys

i just got done rust proofing my van, and now its time to start putting the stuff back in. I want to go heavy duty on the flooring/insulation, but maybe not quite as heavy as that one website i saw with like 8 layers =)

if you guys could be so kind as to leave suggestions on products, installation, or webpages, id be gratful forever.

Well, after I did the sound mats and the Kool Patch, I laid down R-13 wall insulation and put 3/8 ply over it. (I wanted a flat floor - not the ribs.) I used sheet metal screws through the ply and into the floor ribs. Carpet and pad went over the top.
