allen wrench, screws, scotch lock (for tying into wiring) cheap wrench that would come with a product where "some assembly is required" and alcohol wipe (thats pretty self explanatory as it says what its for on the bag), that black thing just looks like some cover plate or something not vanagon specific, and a couple of small ziplocs for parts, weed, 8 ball, etc.. Smile

Basically junk the PO left in there Wink
