on our 6,8oo mile national parks tour we only saw 8.75 vanagons.. (there was a 2/3 shorty used as advertising).
only have an image of one while on the road so I'll have to DL it and get it posted up here.. was a minty colored one in South Dakota's black hills near Rushmore.

Wait a minute...two-thirds of a Vanagon would be .66 and not .75, so there was either .09 less than you say or...something. Whatever.

just where are you talking 'upstate'
and .66 or .75... close enough. 
was missing ghe middle third, used to advert streetside for a pawnshop..
had 2/3 a bay at another location of the same pawn 'chain'

Got a wave from a Bay driver today, not all that common…a nice "hang loose" wave as well. On my way to collect my extra wheels sans rubber. Now to figure out what to do with them.
