Saw what looked like a well-kitted Westy the other day in Manhattan Ks. Unfortunately didn't get a good look, because it turned left at the light I was sitting at to go straight through and it was dark. The timing of everything meant I only got a surprised glance at the last second.
Was either white or cream, and had fuel containers on a rack on the back and a big Thule-type cargo box on top.

I-5 northbound through downtown Seattle on Sunday (?). A Burgundy Syncro with a Yamaha dirt bike on the rear hitch rack. Driver was wearing a knit cap, possibly with ear flaps.
Was that you, SoDo?
The only question in my mind is the Syncro May have been a tin-top and yours looks like a Westy.

Dark blue Westy with a light colored top and a Fiamma-type bike rack (no bikes) on the hatch, headed west on I-64 in Richmond. It was gone before I could get a pic.
